PPMS access is authenticated using HMS ID credentials (different from HUID). Multi-factor authentication will soon be required to login to PPMS. Please follow this link to connect Okta Verify to your HMS ID (example: ABC123):

Note that all faculty members and post-docs with HMS academic appointments who work at HMS-affiliated hospitals and institutions are assigned HMS ID credentials.

If you do not remember your HMS ID, please visit the HMS IT Service Portal or contact them at itservicedesk@hms.harvard.edu or 617-432-2000. If you know your HMS ID but do not remember your password, you can click https://myaccount.hms.harvard.edu to reset your password.

Please plan ahead! It can take us two to three business days to create a fully verified new user account and longer if you do not provide your HMS ID in your PPMS account creation form.
